Greg Sharp, the managing director of Base2 is often featured internationally as a guest speaker on his experience growing a successful MSP. Base2 started using Cloud Depot in 2012 when they needed a solution to integrate Datto Autotask PSA into their Xero accounting engine.

Autotask invoices sync’d into Xero
Base2 processes all monthly invoices in Autotask as recurring services, tickets and other time entries these get seamlessly sync’d into Xero using the Autotask and Xero APIs. The process runs automatically in Cloud Depot.
Purchase orders sync’d into Xero
All supplier purchase orders are processed in Autotask and sent automatically to Xero and bills waiting to be paid.
Custom Ticket manipulation
Cloud Depot provides our customers with the ability to further customise our sync process to suit their business requirements. Base2 have some customer extended logic to assist with tracing purchase orders from Tickets.

Accept credit cards and process recurring payments
Base2 uses the Cloud Depot Recurring Payment Service (RPS) to automate the accounts receivable from customers opting to pay by Credit Card and Direct Debit.
